AKA: “The Doctor of Real Estate” John is a well-rounded individual with multiple degrees in business, science, and medicine. He began his real estate career in 1998 with one of Orange County’s largest real estate companies. After finishing the new agent program he quickly advanced to a real estate firm with seasoned agents serving all of Orange County.  John holds a California Brokers license and has founded Daniel Realty & Investments which in addition to its core competency in Residential Purchases and Sales,  has added Income asset procurement,  Property Management, Leasing and Mortgage Savings Services for one stop complete client care experience.  John’s Company is now called +Pus Realty Solutions.   John is a highly rated experienced real estate broker that serves all of Orange County and nearby surrounding county’s.  John’s primary goal is to maximize clients’ wealth through careful planning and strategic decision making. John has earned an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, which has contributed significantly to his ability to analyze potential investments. He is a current member of the Real Estate Investment Association of Orange County, the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and several other exchange and investor groups. He has taken many professional real estate seminars in areas such as marketing and sales, investment property analysis, real estate procedures, Probate real estate and Residential Property Management. He holds the following designations: CRIA (Certified Real Estate Investment Associate) and CCRM (California Certified Residential Manager) CPA (Certified Probate Advisor).
