 This is my second time with John (second as a buyer, first as a seller). Let me tell you… This man knows his stuff!! He had showings lined up for my sale before it was listed on the MLS! That resulted in my getting a strong offer and opened escrow within a week. My purchase went very smoothly (think of a swimming duck: on the surface it’s very graceful, under water he’s paddling like crazy!). John kept me informed along the way, all the while I never knew just how hard he was working through a difficult process! My listing and purchase were nowhere near a multi-million dollar mansion, but John really made me feel as if I were that client. He was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns and he worked tirelessly to streamline the whole process and close both deals in a prompt and timely manner. I will never hire any other Realtor, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!!

 John is exactly whom you need to sell your house. A little background about us: we’re out of town and the house is a rental property. At some point, we are tired with the landlord’s responsibilities and want to sell the house.
